We survey, install and put right the firestopping that keeps fire and smoke inside the compartment where they start. We work as a specialist subcontractor for main contractors, or directly for building owners, managing agents and facilities teams, on new builds and existing buildings across the UK.
Surveys & inspections
We inspect your building's fire compartmentation and record every breach by location, with photos. You get a clear report within a couple of days, with defects prioritised and a priced remedial schedule if you need one.

Firestopping
Where pipes, cables and ducts pass through fire-rated walls and floors, we seal them using systems that are tested for that wall or floor, fitted to the manufacturer's instructions.

- Ductwork and openings in compartment walls and floors
Linear & movement joints
The joints between floors, walls and facades have to move with the building and still stop fire and smoke. We seal them with flexible, fire-rated systems.
